We ship via QUAD X & LBC for Cebu City and Outside Cebu.

We also accept same-day shipping within Metro Cebu City ONLY via:

(NOTE: Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer. We will be the one to book the delivery via mobile. We process delivery booking from 8:30 am-4:30 pm Monday-Saturday )

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Hi, orders can be tracked after being shipped out.

  •  Once your order has been processed, your confirmation email should contain your tracking number as well. You may track your shipment to ( For LBC shipments on the website there is a button that says 'Track Your Order'.  DO YOU ACCEPT MIXED MATCHES/SIZES OF YOUR SWIMWEAR?

Nope. Bikinis swimwear displayed as Set from the website will be sold as Set w/ each set sizes. Only Bikinis in separate top and bottoms displayed will be sold individually.

WHERE DO I SEND THE PROOF OF PAYMENT/RECEIPT?

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDERS?

Cancelling your orders would mean JOY RESERVE. We do not tolerate Joy Reservers and Bogus Buyer here!  Joy Reservers  and Bogus Buyer will not be entertained next time!

We are very considerate when it comes to payment of the in-stocks items and reservation fees of the Pre-order items. Please let us know if you will not be able to pay on time of the reservation fees of the Pre-order items, then we will adjust the reservation period for you.
